KM Villa

中国雲南省昆明の郊外にあるゴルフ場に併設された別荘地。斜面に建つ平屋住宅のリノベーション。

南北で３mの高低差を持つ敷地において、低部側では高い柱状の基礎が所々露わになっている。

最低部の高さまで土をすべて掘り出すことによって、スラブ下に空間が現れた。

基礎の構造を生かしつつ、そのまま内部化することによって、まるで土の中にいるような空間を創り出した。

夏は冷んやり涼しく、冬はぬくぬく暖かい、土の恵みを感じられる家となった。

KM Villa

The renovation of a one-story villa built on a hill which is beside golf course in the suburbs of Kunming, Yunnan Province, China.

On a site with a height difference of 3m from north to south, high columnar foundations are exposed in places on the lower side.

After digging out all the soil to the lowest level, a space showed up underneath.

We tried to keep all structure as it is and change this space as indoor, we have created a space that makes you feel as if you are in the soil.

The house is cool in summer and warm in winter, and you can feel the blessings of the earth.

场地南北高差3m，低侧多处可看到高柱状基础。

将所有土壤挖到最底层，在楼板下方露出了一个空间。

通过充分利用地基的结构并将其内部化，我们创造了一个让您感觉在土中的空间。

屋子里夏凉冬暖，可以感受到大地包容的存在。
