HOUSE_油壺

神奈川県三浦半島の最南端。

キャベツ畑を抜けて林の中を駆け下りると、そこは静かな入江。

ヨットが趣味である施主の要望により、海から０距離の住宅を設計した。

敷地内には３mの高低差があり、林側の道路に接するレベルを地上階、海に接するレベルを地下とした。

林側に面した玄関から続く階段を降りるとそのまま海へと繋がっていく。

そこは海と陸と家とが連続したボーダレスの空間となっている。

The southernmost tip of the Miura Peninsula, Kanagawa Prefecture. After passing through the cabbage fields and down the forest, there is a quiet cove. As the requirement from the client who likes yachting, we designed a house just besides the sea. As there is 3m height difference within the site, setting the level attach to the road on the forest side as ground level and the level attach to the sea as basement. Going down stairs from the entrance facing the forest, you will reach the sea. It is a borderless space where the sea, land and houses are continuous. It exists just as the connection of land and sea without border. You can feel both of soil and sea in the same time.
