impromptu 音楽小説 _マグマ

音楽ユニット「UQiYO」のオンラインライブのアートディレクション。
ライブが行われた大分県由布院町の金鱗湖は、温泉水の流入によって年間を通じて水温が高いため、気温が低い日の早朝には湖面から湯気が立ち上る幻想的な光景を体験できる名所として知られている。こうした条件のもとで「自然現象・アーティストが発する音+ライブタイピングテクスト・楽曲と連動する映像」というエレメントが混ざり合うことで生み出される複合現象をデザインすることを目指した。そのために私達はゆらぎのある線の集合と空隙によって構成される繊細なスクリーンを設計し、「光,風,湯気や風景・音の振動・映像の粒子」といった移ろいゆくものを紡ぎ編み、空間的に表象させることを試みた。その結果、エフェメラルで非日常的な現象を生みあらわし、アーティストの世界観を幻想的な物語・情景として具現化することができた。今後はこの手法を国内外の各地において発展させて、それぞれの場所の固有性に応じた知覚を揺さぶるようなパフォーマンスを創り上げ、環境インスタレーション的な表現やスクリーンユニットの進化を模索していきたいと考えている。

Art direction for the online music live of the unit "UQiYO"

Lake Kinrin in Yufuin Town, Oita Prefecture, is known as a famous place where you can experience the fantastic sight of steam rising from the lake in the cold early morning. It is because the temperature of the lake is high throughout the year due to the inflow of hot spring water. Under these conditions, we tried to design a complex phenomenon by mixing the elements of "natural phenomena, sounds produced by artists + live typing texts, and images linked to music".  We designed a delicate screen composed of a set of waving lines and voids, and spun and project these unstable such as "light, wind, steam, landscape, vibration of sound, and particles of images" into space. As a result, we were able to create ephemeral and extraordinary phenomena and express the artist's worldview as a fantastic story / scene.

In the future, I would like to develop this method in various parts of the world to create performance that shakes the perception according to the uniqueness of each place, and to explore the possibility of environmental installation.

举办live的大分县由布院町金鳞湖是一个著名的地方，由于温泉水的流入，一年四季水温都很高，因此在寒冷的清晨，可以体验到从湖面升起蒸汽的奇妙景象。

在这种语境下，我们参与创作了一个结合“自然现象、艺术家制造的声音、打字文本和数字影像艺术”多元素的复合型表演作品。为此，我们设计了一个由一组摇摆线条和空隙组成的精致屏风，并将其作为媒介承载“光、风、蒸汽、风景、声音的振动、图像的粒子”这些流动的元素编织表象到空间中。

我们希望通过解构一个场地的日常景象，重塑出短暂而非日常的现象，改变观众对熟悉环境的看法。今后，我们也会在世界各地，根据每个地方的独特语境创造出震撼感知的表演，并探索环境和装置艺术两者的关系及更多可能性。
